“ Great service and wonderful food. We went to there last year but we don't have any idea for order finally we find review and good idea to order different. Was a great choice! We too many orders but really enjoyed. After lunch we ordered blueberry smoothie with boba was good too!! ”

“ Coming back from strawberry park hot springs we decided to stop in silverthorne for a quick bite. I've been to silverthorne many times after skiing.. but have not had the opportunity to try pho bay 2. We walked in on a busy Monday night and sat immediately. It took about 15 minutes for us to have our drink/food order taken... however, there were only two people taking orders so I completely understand the wait. We ordered - Vegan/Vegetable Pho - Shaking Beef - Side of Pho Broth Everything came out quick and prompt. Well seasoned and heated. The shaking beef plate was beautiful! Everything that came on this plate was fresh and delicious. The meat was tender and that perfect meaty taste along with the veggies/rice. The vegan/vegetarian broth was very homey and delicious as well. I could drink that in a glass!! The restaurant has a nice full service bar with lots of tables to enjoy or bring groups. A lot of TV's for those sports game nights! We were in a bit of a rush so unfortunately didn't get too many photos. ”

“ Came in hungry and expecting simple food, walked out blown away by the flavors, portions, and prices! 100% you HAVE to try the fish sauce wings, the flavor is out of this world and they're cooked so well. I had the Korean galbi plate and there was a bountiful amount of meat for the price! The sauce paired great with it! I loved the dried garlic bits that were used as garnish, it added little crunch. The pork noodles were also very good, very big portions. Overall, unassuming place but it was packed for a reason! ”
